My Mission
I, Moshe Chaim Proctor, created On Their Derech to guide and mentor teens and young adults who are struggling with their connection to Orthodox Judaism. My mission is to meet each person where they are, offering understanding, encouragement, and practical tools to help them find their own path within a life of faith and purpose.
Through compassionate mentorship and real-life guidance, I strive to show that spiritual growth and a strong relationship with God can thrive even in today’s complex world. On Their Derech is about walking alongside each individual—helping them discover meaning, identity, and strength on their unique journey.
