On Their Derech is a mentorship program dedicated to supporting teens who are struggling with their path in Orthodox Judaism. Through compassionate guidance, personal connection, and positive role modeling, we help young people navigate challenges, build confidence, and rediscover meaning and purpose in their faith. Our goal is to provide a safe and understanding space where teens feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow spiritually while strengthening their connection to tradition and community.
